- chicken tenders
- bread crumbs
- Italian herbs
- salt and pepper
- Swiss cheese
- chili powder
- paprika
- 2 eggs beaten
Method:
- mix bread crumbs and herbs and spices together
- slice chicken tenders and add a small piece of cheese to the middle
- dip chicken in egg then roll in herbs and bread crumbs
- lightly fry in olive oil for about 5-10 min on each side
It was yummy, we ate it with the summer veggies in herbs de Provence
Please note I only added the chili powder to hubby's to spice it up!
