Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup wild caught shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of Thai Peanut satay marinade
- one small chopped broccoli crown
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- some ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- pinch of sugar
- one pack of chow mein style noodles
- 2 eggs to scramble into the mix
Method:
- heat a little canola oil in a wok then add the onion, red pepper and ginger/garlic paste saute for 3 minutes
- then add the shrimp, scramble a couple of eggs into the mixture, with the broccoli and snow peas for 5 minutes
- then add the sauces and mix
- meanwhile cook the noodles for 5 minutes then mix with the veggies and shrimp
