Rebecca's Asian Noodles

There is no name for this just my own invention and pretty yummy if I do say so easy to make, healthy and tasty.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup wild caught shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of Thai Peanut satay marinade
  • one small chopped broccoli crown
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • some ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • pinch of sugar
  • one pack of chow mein style noodles
  • 2 eggs to scramble into the mix
Method:
  1. heat a little canola oil in a wok then add the onion, red pepper and ginger/garlic paste saute for 3 minutes
  2. then add the shrimp, scramble a couple of eggs into the mixture, with the broccoli and snow peas for 5 minutes
  3. then add the sauces and mix
  4. meanwhile cook the noodles for 5 minutes then mix with the veggies and shrimp
